Microsoft’s Surface & Windows Relationship Management (RM) teams needed a solution to modernize their lifecycle marketing with an innovative approach, global mindset, and the ability to scale the program to be fiercely customer focused.
Our team designed a premium, high-quality creative solution that was quick and nimble, strategic, and aligned to customer needs and channel behavior (primarily email). Our team’s design system leveraged the full potential of their Salesforce platform, built on a template of flexible modules to be efficiently meet the ideal mix of customization and delivery at scale.
